Education Digital One-Pass API Integration

S2B는 지방계약법을 준수하는 모든 공공기관이 전자적으로 거래 및 계약을 진행할 수 있도록 지원하는 시스템(지정보정처리장치)입니다. 그러나, 오랜 기간 동안 계정 관리의 어려움이 지속되었으며, 이로 인해 사용자 경험과 운영 효율성이 저하되었습니다. 이러한 문제를 해결하고 보다 안전하고 편리한 인증 환경을 구축하고자 하였습니다.

내·외부 분석을 통해 간편 로그인 도입의 필요성을 확인하고, 이를 구현할 다양한 방안을 검토하였습니다. S2B는 에듀파인(학교회계관리시스템)과 연계되어 있지만, 에듀파인을 통해 계정의 최신 정보를 받는 데 한계가 있다는 점을 확인했습니다. 이후 교육부와 협의 과정에서 디지털 교과서 준비의 일환으로 개발된 교육디지털원패스 API를 알게 되었고, 교직원이 수의계약을 더욱 편리하게 진행할 수 있도록 API 연계를 기획하기로 결정하였습니다.

교육디지털원패스 API 연계를 통해서 사용자 경험 개선과 계약 담당자의 업무 절감이라는 핵심 목표를 달성하였으며, 가입자 수 증가와 데이터 효율성 개선으로 S2B 시스템 활성화에 기여했습니다. API연계 후 상당수의 신규가입자를 확보했으며, 기존 가입자의 전환도 비약적으로 증가하였습니다. 또한, 사용자의 불편함이 크게 개선됨으로써 프로덕트의 사용성도 크게 개선되었습니다.

The S2B system enables public institutions to conduct electronic transactions and contracts while complying with local contract laws. However, persistent account management challenges impacted user experience and operational efficiency. To address this, we aimed to create a safer and more convenient authentication system.

Through analysis, we identified the need for a simplified login system. While S2B is integrated with Edufine (the school accounting system), it had limitations in updating account information. During discussions with the Ministry of Education, we discovered the Education Digital One-Pass API, developed for digital textbooks, and decided to integrate it to streamline procurement contracts for school staff.

This integration successfully enhanced user experience and reduced contract administrators’ workload, leading to increased user adoption and improved data efficiency. Following implementation, new user registrations surged, conversion rates improved, and overall product usability significantly increased.
