As an ISMP task force (TF) member, I contributed to proposal drafting, project execution, and review.

The S2B system faced usability and efficiency issues due to its outdated architecture. To address this, we improved permission management, transaction features, and data utilization.

Key enhancements included a role-based permission system, wishlist and favorite features for regional transactions, a real-time dashboard for data tracking, and a systematized product selection process to ensure procurement transparency.

These improvements optimized operations, enhanced user experience, and strengthened data-driven decision-making, reinforcing S2B as an efficient procurement platform.
